All donations are generally considered non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing welfare and development projects.
In case of a technical error such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect donation amount, donors are requested to contact us within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

If a refund request is approved after verification, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
